Working at her Studio in Snells Beach, Jo-ann is unrestrained by convention and likes to experiment with mixed media, found objects, iridescent paint and combines precision with spontaneity to create innovative works enhancing the natural beauty that surrounds us. Some materials used can no longer be procured so her works are truly unique and designed to be playful.

Jo-ann likes to engage people to think about who we are, especially regarding the interaction with consumerism and nature. Her works can be found in New Zealand Luxury Lodges, many corporate offices, the Wallace Collection and private homes throughout New Zealand and Australia.
