Ann Cook is a captivating emerging artist whose creative journey took an unconventional path as she didn't fully immerse herself in the world of art until later in life. Her artistic evolution began with graphite, where she honed her skills in capturing the intricacies of form and texture. Embracing a continuous desire for exploration, Ann transitioned to watercolours, infusing her works with a delicate blend of fluidity and transparency. A subsequent venture into acrylics demonstrated her ability to play with bold and vibrant hues, expressing a newfound versatility. Currently, Ann is venturing into the realm of water-based oils.

The turning point in Ann's artistic trajectory occurred with the conversion of a workshop into a dedicated studio space. This transformation provided her with the freedom to delve deeper into her creative process and marked a breakthrough in her artistic endeavours. Ann draws inspirations from her deep appreciation for nature and all things natural, evident in the themes that often grace her canvases.
