Frank has been casting bronze professionally since 1982, but now retired and recently moved to Puhoi. His prior background was varied from Lands and Survey Ranger to zookeeper at Wellington Zoo to technician at Wellington Polytechnic Design School.

His work utilizes the strength and permanence of bronze to create delicate 3D images often using found materials as patterns that will last for generations.
