Welcome to the Mahurangi Artist Network. We are a group of enthusiastic creatives in the Mahurangi region north of Auckland, from Puhoi to Wellsford and all points in between. We get together regularly to network, inspire and support each other. Once a year many of our members participate in our annual Mahurangi Artist Studio Trail.
Held over two weekends in February and for many venues, week days in between and Waitangi Day, the Mahurangi Artist Studio Trail brings together artists from many disciplines, schools and techniques. This is your chance to see the working areas of local artists, talk to them about their ideas, watch amazing skills in action, maybe buy some special pieces of art or be inspired to do something for yourself.
