TRAIL VISITOR PASSPORT

Win $500 Art Work Voucher

Pick up your Trail Visitor Passport at the first venue you visit and start collecting a stamp at each Trail Venue you visit during Mahurangi Artist Studio Trail (MAST2026).  Add your contact details and leave this passport at your final Trail Venue visited, no later than 4.00pm on Sunday, 8 February 2026.  The passport with the greatest number of venue stamps will be entered into the draw to win a $500 voucher to spend on an artwork by any current member of the Mahurangi Artist Network.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility & Entry

  1. Entry is open to all Trail visitors. Friends and family of artists are eligible to enter.

  2. Entries must be made using an official MAST2026 Trail Visitor Passport. A limited print run of 2,500 passports applies.

  3. Passports must contain clearly readable name and email contact details to be eligible.

  4. The passport with the highest number of venue stamps will be deemed the winner.

    1. If two or more passports have the same highest number of venue stamps, those passports will be entered into a random draw.

  5. Publicity Requirement:

    As a condition of entry, the winner agrees to be available for reasonable publicity purposes, including providing a comment and/or having a photograph taken. This may be used by the Mahurangi Artist Network and/or the media to promote the Network, the Trail, and participating artists. Publicity may occur at the time the prize is awarded and/or when the artwork is purchased.

2. Voucher Usage

  1. Redeemable Conditions:

    (a) The selected artist must be a current financial member of the Mahurangi Artist Network for the MAST2026 period (1 April 2025 – 31 March 2026).

    (b) The voucher must be redeemed within six (6) months of the conclusion of the art trail, by 30 August 2026.

  2. Value: The voucher is valued at $500 NZD and is applied toward the purchase of artwork only.

    1. No cash or credit will be given for any unused portion.

    2. Any amount over $500 is the responsibility of the winner.

  3. Non-Transferable:  The voucher cannot be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

  4. Lost or Stolen: The voucher will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

  5. Surrender of Voucher:  The voucher must be presented and surrendered to the artist at the time of purchase.

3. Draw & Winner Notification

  1. The winning passport must have legible name and email details. If contact details are unreadable, the entry may be deemed invalid and a new draw conducted.

  2. The winner will be notified by email.

  3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner drawn.

  4. The decision of the organisers is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. General Conditions

  1. The prize is as stated. Any additional costs associated with the prize (including delivery, framing, or insurance) are the responsibility of the winner.

  2. By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for their name, image, and/or comments to be used for promotional and publicity purposes by the Mahurangi Artist Network without further compensation.

  3. The organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions if required. Any changes will be published alongside the draw announcement.​
